Again I’m a little late to the party, but it appears that this three month project bag club from Bling Your String is still available!

The club’s theme is Afternoon Tea and includes three months of tea themed project bags with stitch markers and surprise goodies.

I have no idea what the fabrics will look like, but just browsing my favorite fun fabric site, Spoonflower, it could be either of these!
