The last time I ordered from Stash Tea I was tempted by The Portland Blend.

From the website, the blend boasts coca nibs, Rose Congou black tea, natural raspberry flavor, and blue cornflower petals.

It sells in 100g size for $7.50.

When I first opened the package I could smell the cocoa and the raspberry. As it brewed I smelled more of the same.  I could definitely taste the chocolate and maybe a bit of the rose petals in the black tea. It was an interesting mix of flavors, like the packet said “eclectic and quirky, just like Portland.”  It was light and sweet – a good afternoon tea.  I don’t know if I would order it again, but it was nice to try.
