The final tea I ordered from Upton this last time around is the Sweet Almond tea.

Sweet Almond contains black tea, almond pieces and flavoring.

It is available in a variety of sizes: 15g sample for $1.00, 125g packet for $7.20, 250g packet for $13.68, 500g packet for $26.60 and 1000g bag for $50.40.

When I first opened the bag all I could smell was that sweet almond smell – almost like almond extract or marzipan. Once brewed I could smell the black tea, but it still had a nice sweet finish.  This would definitely be a great dessert tea – perhaps with something chocolate?
